The Foundation Fitness protocols specifically address weak links and bring parity to muscles, connective tissue, joint and bone. The body is trained with body weight in functional positions and movements: standing, sitting and prone.

In the Foundation Fitness Certification Course you will learn how to assess weak links in the body and how to apply the Foundation Fitness protocols to bring the body back to parity. You will gain a full understanding of how to create group/class workouts with the Foundation Fitness protocols that will help athletes, weekend warriors, baby boomers and everyone in between bring mobility, flexibility and stability back to their bodies for a more fulfilling life experience.
